The YCC strives to maximize the independence of senior citizens and people with disabilities by providing minor home repairs and yard care.
Eligible recipients are 60 or older and disabled homeowners in Weber county and meet income guidelines. Repairs include:
Winterizing furnaces and swamp coolers
Installing safety rails
Installing smoke detectors
Fixing leaky faucets and toilets
Client needs are determined on a case by case basis. Work is provided by trained and insured staff, all equipment and supplies are provided by the YCC.
